The first six weeks of Sunday morning yoga were wonderful. Calm. Relaxing. Nourishing. And we’re thrilled to continue the class!
All are welcome. Class will provide a focused, calming atmosphere, encouraging meditation on the scripture reading from the day’s worship service. Afterwards we will enjoy a healthy breakfast of oatmeal (with a smorgasbord of toppings!) and coffee. A gluten-free option will be available. Class led by Melissa Sharpe.
Who is welcome: Everyone. Class is open to the Northfield community. Youth are welcome, provided they participate and respect the quiet atmosphere of the class.
Time: Sunday mornings. Yoga from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast from 8:30 – 9:00 am.
Dates: June 3 – July 15. NO CLASS on June 17
Where: Yoga in the back of the Sanctuary. Breakfast in the Assembly Room.
Suggested free will donation: $5 per person
What to bring: Yoga mat and strap (or hand towel)
