Happy Hour - Part B

Are you interested in prioritizing mental health? Are you looking for healthy, positive practices to incorporate into your life? Are you needing a lift, amidst all of the negative happenings in the world around us? Join us for Happy Hour! Happy Hour is a program rooted in science and focused on building skills to appreciate the positive that already exists.

You may attend as many or as few session as you’d like. Each session can stand alone or build on the next. You do not need to have completed session A to participate in Session B, or session B to participate in session C.

Session B will focus on character strengths: using them, spotting them in others, and the concept of flow and engagement. Meeting dates are January 12, and 19.
