Forest Bathing Walks

First UCCers of all ages and abilities are invited to try forest bathing this summer! Thanks to sabbatical funds from the Lilly Endowment for rest and renewal, you are invited to try forest bathing. You would be correct to imagine that forest bathing usually takes place in forests, but our guide, Johanna Schussler says that, really, it can occur anywhere! With that in mind, look for an upcoming experience at church that doesn’t require walking after worship Sunday, July 14, as well as two walks on Saturdays: July 13 and July 27.
