Children’s Faith Formation
Children’s Faith Formation takes place at 9:15 a.m. in the Big Room on Sunday mornings in a community school model on the lower level. Children preschool-5th grade meet to sing, then watch a short scripture video and discuss it. Then children choose an activity (lego/engineering, reading, art or music) where they will learn and play in community with trusted adult leaders. The morning ends with a snack before being dismissed to their parents for worship. We will also have fun offsite social events and service learning events throughout the year.
Youth Group
This year Youth Group will be split into two classes: Middle School (6-8th grade) and High School (9-12th grade). The Middle School class will meet on Sunday mornings while the High School class will meet 1-2 times per month at a different time to be announced. Youth will have food, time with friends, opportunities for movies, fun, service learning, and more. Families of youth are encouraged to sign up to host once-a-month offsite social events.
Confirmation class will be offered beginning in November. Stay tuned for details on registering your teen.
