This service, called &#8220;Restore, Replenish, Renew,&#8221; is designed for anyone who is providing care to persons in need. This includes family caregivers, clergy, therapists, physicians, nurses, other healthcare workers and [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A service of inspiration and renewal for caregivers will be held at 7 pm on April 17<sup>th</sup> at Bethel Lutheran Church, 1321 North Avenue.  This service, called &#8220;Restore, Replenish, Renew,&#8221; is designed for anyone who is providing care to persons in need.   This includes family caregivers, clergy, therapists, physicians, nurses, other healthcare workers and volunteers.
</p>
<p>The service will include a litany for healing, readings, hymn singing, anointing of hands, and a caregiver&#8217;s psalm.  Piano music and accompaniment will be provided by Rhonda Reece.  Jenny Pelletier, a music therapist at Laura Baker Services Association, will lead a music meditation.  A breath prayer written by Thich Nhat Hanh, a Buddhist monk, will be shared by Marian McKone.  And Alan Rubenstein will present, in both English and Hebrew, a Prayer for Complete Healing.
</p>
<p>Following the service there will be refreshments and a time for fellowship.  Hand or back massage, Healing Touch and Qigong will be offered free of charge by local practitioners.</p>
