A workshop of the Rice County Mental Health Collective is being supported by First UCC, and your participation is welcome. It’s called WRAP, and it’s a wonderful program of peer support for anyone striving to lead a healthy life. WRAP can be especially helpful for those living with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder or those going through a particularly difficult time. It’s taking place here Sunday afternoons, October 6 through November 17, 3:30 to 6:00. Leaders are Sarah Entenmann and her son, David, who are both certified WRAP leaders. To register, send an email to [email protected].
