Beginning April 15th and continuing for six weeks, Sunday mornings at First UCC will start with yoga. All are welcome. Class will provide a focused, calming atmosphere, encouraging meditation on a selected scripture reading. Afterwards we will enjoy a healthy breakfast of oatmeal (with a smorgasbord of toppings!) and coffee. A gluten-free option will be available. Class led by Melissa Sharpe.
Who is welcome: Everyone. Class is open to the Northfield community. Youth are welcome, provided they participate and respect the quiet atmosphere of the class.
Time: Sunday mornings. Yoga from 7:30 – 8:30am. Breakfast from 8:30 – 9am.
Dates: Sundays, April 15 – May 20
Where: Yoga in the back of the Sanctuary. Breakfast in the Assembly room.
Suggested free will donation: $5/person
What to bring: Yoga mat and strap (or a hand towel)
