Interim Minister Update

The Interim Selection Committee responsible for securing an Interim Minister has met with the Associate Conference Minister and is drafting a job description that will be posted locally and nationally.  The Committee is made up of David Beimers, Brad Hoff, Beth Kallestad, Jerry Mohrig and Kathleen Pender. The Committee’s goal is to have an Interim in place by August.  The Committee is seeking an Interim who is a proven change agent to help our congregation through the process of calling a new pastor, reviewing our long-term financial needs, reviewing our current staffing structure, guiding our governance restructure as well as conducting worship.
